Elham is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who provides a supportive, compassionate, and culturally responsive space for clients to explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. She works with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, ASD, ODD, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation.
Elham takes a collaborative and client-centered approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Her work is grounded in a trauma-informed and family systems perspective, and she integrates evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, ACT, PCIT, IPT, EMDR, Art and play therapy.
With a background in both clinical mental health and early childhood development, Elham brings a deep understanding of developmental and relational dynamics into her work. She is passionate about helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create lasting, positive change in their lives. She offers therapy in both English and Farsi and is committed to providing culturally sensitive care.
