I’m a board-certified psychiatrist specializing in both adult and child & adolescent mental health. I completed medical school at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and trained at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, where I developed a strong foundation in community psychiatry and caring for diverse, underserved populations.
I grew up in Julian, a rural community in Southern California, which shaped my perspective on access to care and the importance of culturally responsive treatment. I now practice in the inner city of Los Angeles, working closely with individuals and families navigating complex mental health and social challenges. My approach is collaborative and practical, combining evidence-based treatment with strategies patients can apply in their daily lives. I treat a wide range of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related disorders, and mood disorders. Outside of work, I enjoy running marathons and hiking.
